Hopefully July will be better. Yep summer is here for sure. Even the Sphere is melting.
Good thing our plants love the heat and keep blooming. There was another fire in the Wetlands the other burned 100 acres before they got it put out. Luckily there was no wind and it was on the other side of the park from us. I here the idiots out there at night lately with fireworks. Cross fingers no sparks.
Took me a long time to finish this diamond painting. Don't know what to do with it now that it is done. That's the problem with some hobbies. What do you do with the finished project.
This finished project is taken care of. Mailed it to our 11th great grandchild yesterday. A boy born in February. His mom and dad are both in the military so thought I'd use up some red, white and blue fabric. Had all the material and batting, but it cost me 29 dollars to mail it.
I managed to get Bill out walking again one morning when it was below 85 in the morning. Walked about a mile.
He is still trying to get his system to adjust to the prednisone. Had to reduce the dosage and eye is mostly staying open. So we are still around.

Gorgeous shadow photo. Gorgeous quilt. I don't do much crafting anymore because there is no where to put them!
So good to see a post! Your photos are all so interesting and thanks for sharing. The shadows on the mountain are beautiful and not everyone would notice them. Love little baby boys quilt; color are so bright and beautiful. Glad you hopped off the roller coaster and hope you are now on solid ground.
Have followed your charming blog for years to learn about your experiences traveling down to Mazatlan. I enjoy your photography and your sometimes dramatic personal experience narratives. The wife and I currently live in Ajijic, but we are elderly and confront health issues the elderly face. I look forward to your next post.
Glad to hear you are both doing well Carol. Hi to Bill!
Love your blog, Audrey
I agree, after you give so many things to friends and relatives they don't want any thing any more. And I've run out of room for things.
Every time I look out the kitchen window that mountain looks different. Depending on the sun and time of day and clouds. Love to watch it. Still on roller coaster, seems like it is one things after another. The Golden Years.
Thank you for your comments. I loved sharing pictures of our travels with others. And now that we aren't travelin I love going back and reading the blogs and seeing the pictures. We really like Ajijic. The first time we were in that area in 1978 that area was just brush. Know what you mean about health issues.
Told Bill HI. He says HI back. Did you know Rafa retired? Finally.
Thank you.
