A big change in the weather.

So not too much going on around here, but will try to figure out something to write about. First and foremost we have had a couple of pretty sunrises the last couple of days. This was yesterday.

These two were this morning. I like the trails from the airplanes.

We' got another grocery delivery and even went to the grocery store by us, Albertson's, for produce. Like to see it when we buy it. Bill has been doing better every day with being able to be up and accomplish more. Yesterday He took down all the hummingbird feeders for me. Ick, they were full of dead bees and gunk. Got them all cleaned up but thought I'd wait a couple of weeks to put them back up. But this morning I was looking out the kitchen window when a hummingbird flew up to a couple of inches from the window and just looked at me. Well I made nectar and three of the feeders are back up.
Also our son came by and took the RV over to the dealer to see about the damage. Told them we are in no hurry. I feel it is safer there than in storage here. At least until they get the chain across the exit. Like that will help...
Bill has an appointment with the heart doctor on Wednesday. No idea what will happen with that. And I also managed to move up his Retinal doctor appointment from the 27 to Thursday. He says each day he can see a little better but still has a hard time with most things. Like reading, computer and walking on uneven surfaces. He says things look like they are moving.
Got a letter from the HOA. Telling us "Artificial plants are not allowed outside the home. Please remove all artificial plants by the  end of day on Monday, April 78, 2023." NO that is not my typo - it is theirs. So tomorrow we think we'll go to the nursery and try to find something to put in our planters. I like my colorful patio plants, but they have to go.

These out front do look a little cheesy, but had planned on getting some nicer new artificial ones for there. Guess not. These window boxes will remain empty as they were not made for real plants. We are also planning on repainting the wood trim, they got sand blasted from all the winds.

The plants in the side yard are all starting to get leaves already. Had none when we got home last week.
Since we got home it has been in the mid 40's to mid 50's until today. It made it to 70. By Monday it will be in the 90's ugh. Only for a few days though. That's about all going on around here.

Glad to hear Bill is improving, little by little. Crazy about the artificial plants outside.

Glad to hear Bill's eyes are improving. I did read that coughing can cause retinal bleeding and vision problems. Dumb about the artificial flowers especially since water is at a premium where you live. Maybe you could put succulents in your window boxes. They could probably stay in pots.

How about finding some realistic looking birds or squirrels and sticking them on the window boxes?

Glad you moved eye appointment up earlier.

Sounds like the HOA "Grand Poo Bah" needs to hire proof reader. Of course you would pay them.
Glad I don't have a HOA here in Indiana!
