Pre and post opp days.

Yesterday morning we had errands to do and of course we needed breakfast first. So we went to Centro to La Antigua to eat. I'd been there on Monday but Bill wasn't feeling well (bad tooth) so he didn't go. But because he knew that after the tooth/teeth got pulled it would be a while before we'd be here again, but enough of that...I love this little door they have on one of their walls. I think I'd like one for at home. It is pretty small but looks great. Maybe I'd have Bill make me one but cut a little bit of it out and put in some stained glass. Then just hang it on one of our walls.

Because of a detour we ended up on a street we usually don't drive on. Pretty empty, as in no roof or inside walls, building. Notice the stained glass in the middle door. Nice iron work too,.
Just managed to catch this, but don't remember what it was on. Lots of detailed work in it.
And this one is on a restaurant.
The door caught my interest. I wonder how old the wooden doors are. Need to refind this building and get a good look at it.
Newly painted. Glad to see they used bright colors.
A two tone blue home.
When I took this picture I didn't notice the guy up on the tops. OSHA where are you? The guy on the scaffolding doesn't look very safe either.
A pretty tropical sky.
More different clouds.
Sunset last night was different. Different types of clouds and combinations of colors.

One of the few chakalakas that are still hanging around the RV park. When they get squawking they wake every one up.
Just one of our bougainvillea . It is a real pretty color. The pink part is leaves, the little white thing is the flower.
Chakalaka up in one of the winter bare trees.
Sunset colors are changing.
It started fading after this.
This morning early we went to breakfast.  The dentist told Bill to eat a BIG breakfast today. The advantage of going early, an almost empty restaurant. Too cold to eat outside. It was raining for a while this morning. Ick. But now blue cloudy skies, but warmer.
So Bill had an 11 o'clock appointment about half way across town to get his surgery done. He took a pulmonia to go there. Talk about a cold ride. But didn't really want to go in a taxi. Any way...It should have been about a 20 ride. Took less than 10 minutes. Talk about Mr Toads Wild Ride. He almost hit the car slowing in front of us the again the car on his right as he pulled out around the one in front. Barely slowed for the big topes down town. Thought we were going to be ejected.  When we got there he said "call me when you are ready to go home." I don't think so! Bill asked me if I was ever going to complain about his driving again, NOPE! Called a taxi to go home as it was still kind of cool out and Bill was hurting. Nice ride. Stopped at pharmacy and were home by 1:00.  Not feeling real good now, novicane or what ever is wearing off. Face is pretty swollen. So will be a quiet few days I think.

4:30 and he is much better. Eating jello and swelling down some.
