Victory and Lincoln Highway

Hello from Wilson, WY just south of Jackson Hole. Going to be here for a few days, but have to change campgrounds. We should have planned this trip earlier. 
Still writing about West Wendover. This was a very interesting display for lack of a better word. About the Victory and the Lincoln Highway.  This post will mostly be sharing from this site. Next one I'll catch up somewhat on what we've been doing. And about the RV park at Cactus Pete's in Jackpot. 

Just looking at the arch from the other direction. This is right next to Wendover Will. 

Kind of makes you want to go in search of the bronze eagles.

You never know what you might learn in some of the small towns of the west.
We left Wendover and went to Jackpot, ID to stay at the RV park at Cactus Pete's. Got a surprise when we pulled in and the RV park wasn't there. And the road to the one in the back was tore up. More about that next blog.
